Information used by the service
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password, which is stored as a password hash. We keep membership and payment records, including your billing email, selected plan, payment references, amounts, and access dates, to manage your subscription.
If you use the AI tutor, your questions and the tutor’s responses are saved with your account so you can return to your conversations. When you contact support, we receive the information you choose to share.
How information is used
We use this information to sign you in, provide course and membership access, show your AI conversations, verify payments, send account and password-reset messages, answer support requests, and protect the service from misuse.
Service providers
Hosting, email, payment, and AI providers process information needed to deliver their services. Checkout takes place through an external payment provider; Smart Nursing School receives payment and subscription information to confirm your access.
AI tutor requests, relevant conversation context, and course excerpts are sent to the configured AI provider to generate responses. Course text may also be sent to an audio provider to create lesson narration. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information sent by your browser when requesting them.
Do not enter patient-identifying information, confidential clinical records, payment card details, or other sensitive personal information into the AI tutor.
Your information and requests
You can update your name, email, and password from your account and delete conversations from the AI tutor. For requests about access to, correction of, or deletion of other personal information, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, manage billing and support, protect account security, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Some records may need to be retained after an account or conversation is deleted.
