Educational use
Our content and AI responses are educational guides, not medical advice or a substitute for instruction, clinical supervision, or professional judgment. AI responses can contain errors. Verify information against your course materials and authoritative references before relying on it.
Access to the service does not guarantee examination results, certification, licensure, or employment.
Your account and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Use the service for your own learning. Do not share account access, resell or redistribute course materials without permission, bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
Do not submit patient-identifying information or confidential clinical records to the AI tutor. We may restrict or suspend accounts that misuse the service or compromise its security.
Free access and paid membership
Some lessons are available to guests or free accounts. Paid membership unlocks the content and features described for the plan you select. Review the price, billing interval, currency, and renewal details shown during checkout before paying.
Payments are handled through our payment provider. Paid access begins after payment is confirmed and follows the membership period purchased. To manage or cancel recurring billing, use the billing provider’s membership dashboard or contact us for assistance. Signing out or stopping use of the site does not cancel billing.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund policy.
Content and availability
Course materials and site content are owned by Smart Nursing School or their respective rights holders. Your access permits personal study; it does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish or sell the materials.
Content and features may be updated, and access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems. If a problem prevents you from using the product, contact us so we can review it.
